Retiring Of Look For Accent 1000

To best focus our resources on providing industry-leading products for our customers, we’ve made the decision to retire the Look® eye tracking module for the Accent® 1000 device.

Committed to Supporting Your Device

Believing in the high quality of all our AAC solutions, we are committed to supporting every device at least five years after it is built and shipped. Look is covered by a one-year accessory warranty and your Accent 1000 is part of our industry-best High Five Warranty. We will continue to service these devices and their accessories for five years after purchase.

Additional Eye Tracking Options

After the Look for Accent 1000 is unavailable, you will have two options for the eye tracking access method with PRC-Saltillo products.

• Accent 1400 is compatible with Look and offers a larger 14-inch screen
• VersaEye® with Hiru gives you a fully powered and accessible integration of eye tracking with iOS; VersaEye is not available as fundable, durable medical equipment

Important dates for Look for Accent 1000

November 1, 2025: Submit your trial equipment application before this date for Look for Accent 1000.

January 31, 2026: Beginning this date, Look for Accent 1000 will no longer be available on the PRC-Saltillo eStore for new quotes or orders. However, open quotes will be honored for 60 days from issue date, and we will fill any open funding orders for three months.

March 1, 2026: Beginning this date, Look for Accent 1000 will no longer be available for funding.
