All PRC-Saltillo devices shipped within the U.S. and Canada after January 1, 2023 come with our exclusive HIGH FIVE Warranty, which covers all of the following for five years from date of shipment:

• Device repairs for defects in materials and workmanship (including battery)
• Standard shipping costs to and from PRC-Saltillo for covered repairs within the U.S. and Canada
• Unlimited phone and email technical support
• Use of PRC-Saltillo loan equipment during repair upon request, subject to availability
• Exchange of damaged or broken standard device components

• For Accent & NovaChat devices: Three (3) accidental damage repairs during the five-year period
• For Via devices – Two (2) accidental damage repairs during the five-year period

We think our high five warranty is pretty great, but we also know there are circumstances that warrant even more device protection.

The Peace of Mind Warranty is designed to supplement our standard warranties and provide worry-free coverage for unlimited device and accessory repairs, regardless of frequency or cause.
