Get ready for the all-new AACfunding.com that will provide you with a seamless, step-by-step process to request a speech-generating device from health insurance! Collect the information you need. Collaborate with AAC team members in the same shared space. Apply by submitting your funding request.

 Highlights of the AAC Funding Portal coming soon:

• Log in to your PRC-Saltillo account to contribute to an application and independently check progress
• Work as a team in the same shared space to complete an application for a trial or purchase device
• Walk through a step-by-step process with clear directions, requirements, and report templates for SLPs  
• Automatically receive email notifications and messages about your request
• Easy completion of your funding application when everyone does their part in a timely manner

 What should I do now?  

For SLPs using the current AAC Funding Toolkit, AACfunding.com will be offline and under construction starting at 12:01 a.m. ET on April 27 – May 2, 2023.

• If you haven’t yet started a funding request:
  • Please work offline until the new portal launches
• If you’re currently working on a request in the Toolkit:
  • Submit your request before April 20, 2023
  • Download and save your progress if you are unable to submit the request before April 20, 2023
• Please download any documents you wish to keep for your records:
  • Once the new portal launches, you will not have access to documents in the Toolkit
• Get ahead of the game and register for a PRC-Saltillo account that will give you full access to the new AAC Funding Portal when it goes live!
