Retiring Of The NovaChat 5

Our mission is to keep you actively communicating at your highest level. To ensure you have the best technology to achieve that goal, we’ve made the decision to retire the NovaChat 5. While the current hardware and Android operating system deliver a high-quality device, it also limits some new key features that would benefit your communication experience.

High Five Warranty

Believing in the high quality of all our AAC solutions, we are committed to supporting every device for at least five years after it is built and shipped. The NovaChat 5 is no exception. As part of our industry-best High Five Warranty, we will continue to service these devices for five years after purchase.

Handheld AAC Device Future

The NovaChat 5 initially released as our smallest speech-generating device. It has been a successful communication tool for many individuals. We are currently in the development phase of our next handheld device. More details to come in 2024.

Important Dates for the NovaChat 5

• The opportunity to trial a NovaChat 5 ends on 9/30/23
• The last day to submit your completed funding application for a NovaChat 5 is 11/15/23
• Effective 11/30/23, the NovaChat 5 will no longer be available for purchase
