PRC-Saltillo Return Policy

At PRC-Saltillo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the shipment date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Requests made after the 45-day period will be considered at our discretion and may not be accepted.

The PRC-Saltillo Return Policy does not apply to all purchases and exclusions may apply.

Product Return Process

1. Contact us to Initiate Your Return
   To start a return, contact our Order Department with your order number and reason for return.

If eligible for return, our team will review your request, set up a return authorization, and provide shipping information. 

2. Ship the Item(s) for Return

• You have 15 days from the date of the call to ship the item(s). Include all original accessories and documentation, using the original packaging if possible
• Return shipping labels are provided for funded orders

3. Refund Processing

• Once PRC-Saltillo receives and inspects the item, the refund will be issued to the paying source. A restocking fee may apply
• We will confirm once the refund has been processed

Note: Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the PRC-Saltillo Service Department as soon as possible so we may resolve the issue.
