Prentke Lecture Award

We’re also pleased to sponsor the 28th Annual Edwin and Esther Prentke AAC Distinguished Lecture to honor the life and work of the late Edwin (PRC-Saltillo co-founder) and Esther Prentke. The lecture takes place during the in-person conference on Friday, January 31 at 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) and will be live streamed for free as part of the ATIA 2025 Virtual Event and on the ATIA YouTube channel.

Congratulations to Shannon Voss, 2025 Prentke AAC Distinguished Lecturer! In his lecture, Bridging Differences and Enhancing Social Inclusion Using AAC, he will share his journey as a former college student using AAC, how he faced challenges related to other people’s assumptions, and provide strategies for fostering engagement with the AAC community.
