To find your Device Serial Number:

• For Accent: The serial number is on a sticker on the back of Accent devices. The format is "XXXXXAC8" for Accent 800s, "XXXXXAC10" for Accent 1000s, and "XXXXXAC14" for Accent 1400s
• For NovaChat: The serial number is on a sticker on the back of NovaChat devices. Please enter all the numbers and letters after "SN:"
• For PRiO / TouchChat Express: The serial number is on a sticker on the back of the device. Please enter all the numbers and letters after "SN:"
• For Via Pro: The serial number is etched on the back of the device. The format is "11-1VXXXX" for Via Pro 11.1 devices and "11-2VXXXX" for Via Pro 11.2 devices.

To find your Accent device System ID in NuVoice:

1. On your Accent device, in NuVoice, open the Toolbox.
2. Select MAINT MENU to open the Maintenance Menu.
3. In the center of the Maintenance Menu, look for the 12-digit value on the line that starts with "System ID =".

To find your Accent device System ID in Empower:

1. On your Accent device, in Empower, open the Toolbox.
2. On the left side of the Toolbox, select System Settings.
3. Select the System Options & Support tile.
4. In the bottom-left corner of the System Options & Support menu, look for the 12-digit value on the line that starts with "System ID:".
