Unlock Your AAC Device
Insurance companies require that AAC devices be shipped in “Dedicated mode.” However, you can access additional functionality of the device (e.g., WiFi, desktop, web browser, etc) by paying a nominal fee to “unlock” the device.
We are not able to process tax exempt orders via this portal. You can continue and pay your local sales tax for a $15.00 purchase, or call the PRC-Saltillo Order Management Department at (800) 262-1933 to process a tax exempt order.
To start, was your device funded by Medicare?
Medicare requires additional paperwork prior to unlocking a device.
An “Advanced Beneficiary Notification” (ABN) form must be completed before providing an unlock code.

Loaned or trialed devices cannot be unlocked.
Only owned devices can be unlocked. Sorry for the inconvenience.
