FAQs:

• What is the difference between the Via Mini and the Via Pro? 
  The Via Mini is a smaller, 8-inch version of the 11-inch Via Pro.  

• What are the main differences between the Via Mini and the TouchChat Express 8 and PRiO^®-mini? 
  The Via Mini maintains the iOS familiarity but is more durable to drops/falls and more protective against water/dust than our previous 8-inch iOS devices. This added durability accounts for slight increases in weight and size. 

• Can I recommend the Via Mini after trialing or evaluating with the TouchChat Express 8 or PRiO-mini?
  The Via Mini is a new and upgraded version of our previous 8-inch iOS devices, the TouchChat Express 8 and PRiO-mini. Most funding sources will accept a trial and or evaluation of a previous device, as long as there is proper explanation and justification. Evaluators can use the addendum below to explain the need to switch their recommendation to the Via Mini due to the discontinuation of the TouchChat Express 8 and PRiO-mini.

• Is there any way I can see/touch a Via Mini device? 
  Not yet. We are excited to start shipping the Via Mini this Winter, but don’t have them readily available due to supply chain challenges. The Via Mini is a smaller version of our Via Pro device.
