Patricia Goggins, M.S., CCC-SLP, brings 8 years of experience treating both adult and pediatric populations to our team. She graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015 and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017. She has worked with both children and adults in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Patricia spent 6 years as the lead AAC evaluator at an outpatient pediatric clinic and realized during that time there was a growing need for the use of communication devices in her area. She advocated for local trainings and helped create family and colleague training plans to ensure other adults had the confidence to help their child and/or patient communicate. She enjoys fostering speech and language skills for those who have complex communication needs and helping them find a way to voice their wants, needs, and opinions!
Patricia holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a license with the Alabama Board of Examiners in Speech Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA).
Disclosure Statement: Patricia Goggins is a salaried employee-owner of PRC-Saltillo.
