Tracy Custer, M. Ed., SLP. received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Hearing and Language Disorders for the University of Texas-El Paso and her Masters of Education in Computers in Education from Lesley College, Cambridge, MA. Tracy also completed Master Level course work in Speech and Language Pathology at the University of Texas - El Paso/ Austin.
Tracy worked as a speech language pathologist and special educator in the public schools prior to being employed at the Prentke Romich Company. Tracy has presented at many state and local conferences on topics relating to language and augmentative communication.
Tracy is licensed in Speech Pathology in Texas and is certified in all levels of Speech and Hearing Therapy; as well as holding an Early Childhood Endorsement from the Texas Education Agency. Tracy is a member of Texas Speech and Hearing Association (TSHA), San Antonio Speech and Hearing Association (SASHLA), and a member of the International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ISAAC). Over the years she has served on numerous boards and committees addressing AAC policies and services.
