Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2015 and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2017.
Prior to joining PRC-Saltillo in 2023, Sarah worked in a medical setting in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, she provided outpatient speech and language therapy to pediatric patients and developed a passion for AAC evaluation and implementation. She collaborated and problem-solved with families, healthcare providers, and school professionals to pair each of her patients with the best AAC system to meet their needs. She also mentored fellow SLPs in the process of evaluating and treating their own patients that use AAC. She is excited to continue to support AAC users and their caregivers as an AAC Consultant with PRC-Saltillo!
Sarah holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a state license in Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Ohio. She is also a member of ASHA’s Special Interest Group 12 (AAC).
