Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Elmhurst College with a double minor in Communications and Psychology. She completed her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Northern Illinois University in June of 2021. Prior to joining PRC-Saltillo, Nicole worked with children in an outpatient pediatric clinic, focusing on direct treatment, device implementation, home-programs, allied health collaboration, and evaluations. She participated in assisting AAC evaluations, working alongside an evaluating AAC SLP to gain more knowledge about the processes, devices, software, and hardware. Nicole is passionate about learning, improving, supporting, and teaching all things AAC, which PRC-Saltillo can provide.
Nicole holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a state license in Speech-Language Pathology from the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ISHA).
