Christopher Yensan, M.A., CCC-SLP, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and his Master's degree in Speech and Language from the Ohio State University. He is a board and ASHA certified Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP). Prior to joining PRC-Saltillo. Christopher worked clinically in a variety of settings, including the public schools, at a private school for children with Autism, and as an SLP in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings providing care to children with moderate to severe cognitive, neurologic and physical disabilities. He also worked on a select team in Johnston County, North Carolina, providing assistive technology assessment and support services to all students in the county.
Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his fiancée and his dogs. He also enjoys writing, and has self-published several titles, including a series of detective stories for middle grade readers.
Christopher is Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a Licensed Clinician (Speech-Language Pathologist) in the State of Wisconsin, and is a member of ASHA’s Special Interest Division 12 (AAC Division).
