Getting Started With Your AAC App

If you've just purchased one of PRC-Saltillo’s AAC apps, here are some classes to help you get started!

Register for the following courses (and many more!) through AAC Learning Journey. Set up a free account if you don’t already have one. This account (along with its username and password) can be used on AAC Language Lab and other PRC-Saltillo sites.

LAMP Words for Life

Words for Life App: Features and Programming for LAMP

This live, instructor-led course focuses on using the Words for Life app to implement the Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP)™ approach. This course instructs on how to use Word Finder and Vocabulary Builder™ as well as how to prevent unwanted modifications. Discover what vocabulary is best to begin with and examples of activities to implement with your communicator.

This course is generally offered monthly with the next two courses scheduled for:
